HOME BUYER SURVEY AND VALUATION

providing a general report on the condition of residential property, the
Home Buyer is suitable for most houses and flats, but generally not those
built before 1900 or larger properties in poor condition. It reports
significant defects only and 'Action' paragraphs identify repairs/further
investigations to be dealt with before exchange of contracts.
BUILDING (STRUCTURAL)
SURVEYS - a more detailed inspection and report including sub floor
inspection where possible, supported by photographs and more in depth
advice on repairs needed and likely future maintenance issues. A separate
timber, damp and cavity wall tie specialist inspection can be arranged at
an extra charge.
We can also arrange detailed
inspections of service installations at additional cost - i.e. drainage
systems (including CCTV report), electrical tests and plumbing and heating
report.
